Some user have the same issue like you, according to information i found, this issue can be fixed realizing the next steps:

Right click the desktop, go to View > Show Desktop icons. Then right click again, go to View > Show Desktop icons again.

OR

Right click the desktop, go to View > Small icons. Then right click again, go to View > Medium icons (or whatever size you used to use).

Doom Eternal is available for the console through Game Pass, but not PC.

Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. It doesn't change what games are available on Game Pass. Doom Eternal is available with Game Pass for PC.
