Why do I have a new profile on "Minecraft Feedback"?

You may have to contact Mojang over this because this issue persists on their website. For Minecraft Feedback, the Mojang teams owns and helms users there so they would be best to contact them over this sudden change. It may be related to Migration, if you've migrated recently.

Since you are not able to reset your Minecraft profile. I don't want to prolong the agony of this matter. I would recommend contacting the Mojang support to further assist you with this problem. They do have a broad knowledge about this one. I know for sure they can provide accurate information and feasible ways to fix the problem for you.

The independent advisor has suggested the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. On a browser, go to this link: My Games | Minecraft: https://www.minecraft.net/msaprofile/mygames

2. Next, sign into your Microsoft account.

3. Open a new tab on your browser.

4. Then, go to Minecraft Feedback: https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/

5. On top right-hand, please double click the FEEDBACK LOGIN.

6. The page will load for few seconds, and you should be signed into your account.
