Why do I have 2 Xbox rewards accounts?

hi

I recently signed in to Xbox.com and saw that rewards was now being shown on the account menus so I selected it and it said sign up despite I have been a member of rewards for years, so I used my details and signed in and it said thanks for joining rewards
here's some points for joining etc where I expected it to recognise my existing account and show my existing reward points but it didn't. I was already signed in to Xbox.com at this time and it still asked me to join rewards not recognising I have been a
member for many years already.

I then went to rewards.xbox.com and signed in there to still find my correct original account and the correct amount of rewards points and how long I've been a memeber, yet on Xbox.com it looks like I just joined and have just started again.

I would be grateful if this could be looked into and my accounts merged and recognising my correct points and how long I've been a member etc. Also for Xbox.com to be fixed and recognise existing rewards customers and automatically show the correct details
when you sign in to your Xbox.com account.

I buy Games at the official Microsoft/Xbox Store, but i dont take Points at the Reward Programm.

Why not? Im on VIP-Level 1 and have Gold (2% Reward-Points)

The rewards on the drop down menu are for the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program.

As Smwutches says, the "Rewards" option accessed from the drop down menu that can be opened by clicking your gamertag/gamerpic in the upper right corner of this webpage is your Microsoft Rewards, not your Xbox Live Rewards. These are two separate
programs with two different counts for Rewards Credits.

Lifetime rewards is a tally of all rewards while pending rewards is what is left to be deposited. Deposits are not automatically made until you have 5,000 points so if you have 500 from 2 surveys that is why they have not been deposited.

The staff will review your account and reply to you here within 1-2 business days. They do not work on weekends.

Will do, thanks for the help! One more question. Do you know why $7 have been refunded from Xbox live rewards? I’m just not sure why it says I have $7 in my microsoft account that was refunded from Xbox live rewards to my account, as at first I assumed it was for the purchase mentioned before, but I guess its not that so what may it be?

they might reward in the future but as of right now they do not have any rewards for a tenure my 2nd account i don't play on has a 9 year tenure on it and my main account has a 2 year on it and neither accounts have gotten any kind of reward
