Why do I get toxic players messaging me, I defend myself and get banned?

It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can also be suspended. It's best to just report and block in those situations.

hey someone insult me on xbox when i tried to defend myself he report me and i got a communication ban. Is their a way that someone in my xbox can see my message cause im telling the truht and if is it possible to unbanned me or at least ban him too cause

If you hurt someone roughly, and he tells you, you can be banned, and you will be blocked for several days or weeks.

And that how you tell me that!? I got ban because of that!? WHY I CAN'T DEFEND MYSELF!! Why can i get a ban BY A FALSE ACCUSATION OF SOME IDIOT WHO LIKE PLAY as a god. You try to make a loser?

Perfect, so i get several messages which i defend myself in a reply and i get a ban. Pretty disappointing. The thing that really bugs me is the person that started it all ended his message with "have fun with that ban" then messages my other friend that
i was playing with and they dont get a ban. i know this because they continued to message my friend after my ban hit

Also, the enforcement team won't let me give them my side of the story cause they know for a fact I am innocent and no one will help me. I am the only one here with proof that none of you are helping and you are literally making my xboxlive experience worst.
You all keep telling me if I get banned I get banned, do not reliatle, get proof to defend myself with but that is reliatling if I do, If they false report me but I have proof to defend myself with it's no necessary to have it cause believing lies is better
than looking at proof. You are all scum bags for not helping me when I got proof. I used to be a toxic player back in 2016 before I got permabanned due to false reports. I came back to Xbox with proof and a changed attuide and all you can do is nothing. False
