    Why do I get sign-in network errors?


    I bought a brand new Xbox Series X last week that repeatedly has issues signing into (or staying connected to) Xbox networks. No other device on same Wi-Fi network is having trouble.

    Xbox randomly signs out of Xbox account or can’t sign in (0x87DD0017). Removing account and trying to log back in returned same error.

    Loading up GamePass games when signed in returned 0x80832003, and syncing game to networks also doesn’t work. I’m only able to play offline.

    In every instance, Xbox status was green, testing network connections worked, running most recent OS. Factory resets, power cycles, and game reinstalls didn’t resolve it.

    Sorry to hear that. If it helps you, switching to a hard-wire connection to my router seems to have done the trick.

    I'm experiencing this issue now. I am unable to sign in even though it shows I'm connected, a workaround was to sign in offline mode then switch back to online, but it kicks me out of my Xbox profile.

    It seems to be a server side issue
