    Enforcement Website for further Info. If your suspension is more than 24 hours long, you can

    I'm having a hard time trying to follow what you're describing as the problem. But I can tell you that enforcement.xbox.com will have all the info regarding bans and suspensions.

    I get banned for people sending me hate messages when I reply they probably the ones that file the complaint against me. Its all one sided with the enforcement team. Nobody bothered to contact me about my acc getting banned. They automatically banned me
    permanently. I have been a royal Xbox customer for the past 5 years paying my gold membership for what? Having been hated on during a game.. I want a reply and I want my acc back online or give me a refund since yous banned my acc.
