Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues logging in to your console. I understand that you're getting an error message every time you try to login.

To make sure that what you are experiencing is not related to your device cache, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle. Please note that this is different from a regular restart, Kindly follow the steps below.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console. Once booted up, try to sign back in.

If you're still having issues, press the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in to resync your profile.

I am considering purchasing the new Series X. Before I do I want to know if it is compatible with other Xbox’s when playing Gta 5 Online.

For example, my cousin plays on the Xbox one s and my brother plays on the original Xbox one. Will I be able to play online with them?

They will all be able to play the same games online together, no matter who's on which of these consoles.
