    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    We are very sorry to hear that you need to change your password every time you log in.



    I was wondering where you log in to your account? Is it on a PC or a cell phone or another device? When you log in, do you click on the eye icon to make your password visible and then check it after you have entered it?



    You can try logging in with no password, i.e.: using an authenticator, PIN code, etc. After successful authentication, you only need to use a temporary code or a fixed few digits, so your account will be more secure and you won't have to change your password again and again.

    If further assistance is required, the community forum cannot access and save your account information due to privacy restrictions, I would meanwhile recommend you to contact the online chat support department to investigate your account issue in a separate window, which will not make your privacy compromised and will make it easier to solve your problem, as described below:

    1. Visit this website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    1. Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, account, etc.
    2. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
    3. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose Other Products
    4. On the Category tab, choose Managing profile information.
    5. Go to Confirm.
    6. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

    Please Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

    You can reset your password online .Windows live id. Sign in ,it will say wrong password. Select forgot password. It will say do you want to reset it ,say yeah. It will send you a massage to your email .Go on link and change password.

    Resetting the password wouldnt do anything because its the wrong email. I just need to be able to change the email im logging in with. Thank you though :)
