Why didn't i receive the Minecraft Championship Cape

I had the same problem, reached out to the mineceaft support and they told me that they cant give me the cape.

Based on the message you provided sent from Minecraft Support, I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done since they are the only ones who have control over their Minecraft in-game promotional item and they have confirmed that the promotion has ended.

Thanks ! i have received the cape in my bedrock edition minecraft , i think its some delay error , looking foward to get the cape at july 8th.
