    Hi Jon,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received the packs that you redeemed in Fortnite. When you mentioned that it's in the purchase history, are you referring to Microsoft or Epic purchase history? Kindly check it as well on your Epic account and confirm if you can see your successful redemption. Please make sure that you're logged in using the same account that you used when you redeemed the code.

    Go to www.epicgames.com

    Click on the profile icon at the top right (circle icon with a person).

    Login to your Epic account.

    Click the profile icon.

    Select Account.

    Select the Transactions tab.

    Select the Purchase Tab.

    If everything is correct, please allow at least 24 hours for the items to post on your account. You may try to logout and log back in to resync his profile.

    If it's more than 24 hours and you have not receive your items, I would recommend that you contact Epic Games Support directly. By doing this, we can make sure that your case will be logged, attended and monitored until resolution. You may use this link:

    https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us they should help there be able to see on your account that you redeemed it and see whats gone on

    as the purchaser you would also need to think about if it was a in game-purchase or if you bought it from the Microsoft store. Otherwise chucky23456789 would
    be totally correct.
