    Why Didn’t I get a conformation email for a purchase I made?


    I tried to purchase an xbox controller on the Microsoft website, saw that I got charged for it, but never received a conformation email for it. I tried calling customer support and after 2 hours and talking to at least 5 different people that could hardly speak English, I was told they were going to just call me back the next day. According to customer support, they can’t even find the purchase on their end. After they came to that conclusion, I was told I would get a call back the next day but never did. The only thing they said I could do was to call my bank and dispute the charge, but to be honest, I would rather just have the controller since I thought the design was cool. Why does Microsoft charge my card before the purchase actually goes through?
