Why Didn't All My Points Deposit?

I had almost 23,000 points leading up to the 15th but for some reason I only got about 2,000 of them cashed in. My account still shows 20,000 points and some change, but I really don't want to wait until April 1st to get that $20. Hoping to pre-order A Way
Out to take advantage of the pre-order quest. Anyway we can fix this?

Didn't get my points.

I haven't received my 15,000 reward for pre-ordering 3 games. I made

sure the 3 games were on the list. They were Final Fantasy XV, Dead

Rising 4, and Resident Evil 7

It depends on when they were added. Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to
5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

So if those credits are added early this month, they are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month which will take place on the 29th.

Hello Scoht,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit amount required to be scheduled automatically for a deposit occurred on the 14th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

Since you have been scheduled automatically for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
for a deposit so there is no longer a need to request one. If you reach 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you earned the 6,000
this month, they would be scheduled for the deposit at the end of this month.

Hello realruninsniper,

We only perform deposits around the middle and end of the month. Since you requested your deposit too late to be included in the end of month deposit for June, it has been scheduled to be a part of the mid-month deposit for July.
