    Why did you take my gamertag away from me, Xbox?


    Yes this has been done by you guys. Guess what? For no reason what so ever with no email, warning, notice, NOTHING. The worst part? Not being able to fight it and fix this because I can't make an appeal since there's conveniently nothing to appeal to on my enforcements page for my account to contact the enforcement team. I need serious help because I didn't do ANYTHING wrong and my gamertag of 4 years gets stripped away from me. My gamertag is 'Revive' and now its 'KindFoal4640625'... I deserve my gamertag back! I'm a positive gamer and I've done nothing to deserve this. It's completely unfair! If there's someone thats on the enforcement team or anyone that can help me get my name back sees this, don't hesitate to reply to me.

    P.S I have also contacted Xbox support multiple times. If you require me to provide the reference numbers, I will provide them for you.

    The enforcement team would be the only ones to handle that and they do not use the forums. If there's no appeal available, then nothing else can be done.

    Nothing has been taken away from you. If you pre-ordered the Xbox one version, you will have to re-pre-order it as the release date changed. If you ordered the deluxe version that contains the Xbox one version, you’ll have to re-pre-order it for the same reason.

    When your account is banned you lose access to all content associated with that account and it cannot be transferred. This is listed in the ToU and the CoC that you agreed to when you joined Live.
