    why did you guys take a game that i purchased off my system


    Hey i bought a game at the time which was the brand new college football 25 game for 105.99 usd on xbox to pre order the game and i had it for around 4 months and i played it and then one day it kicked me off the game and said that i would need to buy the game to play it even though i have receipts for the game

    Cody, every game or bundle purchased, redeemed or even received as a gift is associated with the account, never a device "and without exception it is shown in the history", In turn keep in mind that the pre-order of a game is not a final purchase, since pre-ordered games are only charged within 10 days prior to launch. That being clear, could you tell me what status the purchase of the game you are referring to is displayed when searching for it in your purchase history?

    I bought it from the in game store, and nothing happend, it said purchase succesful, and i got the email from u guys that the purchase was succesful. Im still confused, why did the purchase take 10 euros from my balance🧐

    Nothing has been taken away from you. If you pre-ordered the Xbox one version, you will have to re-pre-order it as the release date changed. If you ordered the deluxe version that contains the Xbox one version, you’ll have to re-pre-order it for the same reason.

    Did you turn off auto renewal AFTER you purchased the 1$ Game Pass upgrade? If not, that is why this happened.
