    I preordered the Elden Ring Nightreign deluxe edition and when I did $59.59 was taken from my account, I even checked if it took it because I've had problems before when buying games that it doesn't take the money and it cancels. Now it says my game is declined because I don't have enough money in my account and it has not refunded me the $59.59. I was just full on robbed of my money and I would either like it back or would like the product I paid for.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Just to clarify, did you use a credit card for this pre-order? Typically, when you pre-order a game using a credit card, you won't be charged immediately. Instead, Microsoft will attempt to charge your card 10 days before the game's release date.

    In your case, since the transaction was declined, it's likely that when Microsoft attempted to process the payment, there were either insufficient funds, or your bank declined the transaction for another reason.

    I recommend contacting your bank to get more details about the declined charge. Once the issue is resolved, you may try placing the pre-order again if it was automatically canceled.

    That's how pre-orders work. They'll let you install everything, but if they are unable to charge you and the order is cancelled, then you lose access unless you fulfill the payment.

    That's how pre-orders work. Again, check your transaction history to see if it shows the order as being complete there. If it shows as cancelled or something else, then the payment never went through and you were not charged for the game so you would still have to buy it.

    Sorry no that’s not the case when I bought it it said “payment complete” or a”payment successful” whatever the thing says when purchase a game I had the game in my library and installed it. The game was installed and purchased on May 2 and all of a sudden I get an email from Microsoft that says payment failed. Sorry if I sound mad responding to you I’m just upset that I had a game I payed for removed from me almost a month later and two days from release.
