Why did Xbox stop responding to my reports and stop me from making posts?

Everytime I’ve tried to report someone, nothing happens, but when they report me for calling them “stupid” or “a bot” I get a strike. I also can’t make looking for group posts on my main account. I’ve tried every method on the internet yet it still wouldn’t work, so now I have to use an alt account to make it happen. Please help me whenever you can. Thanks.

Well first you don't know if any action was taken

Second calling someone names is against the rules

While you are under communication suspensions you cannot make lfg posts

Honestly you have to stop responding to him. Block each account that he contacts you with. Just don't respond and keep blocking and reporting. People like this keep continuining on with it because you keep responding and they get entertainment from your
responses and knowing that it's upsetting you. Just don't respond, and it will give them nothing. They will keep going for a little bit, wondering why you aren't saying anything back, but eventually it will become boring for them as they're the only one talking,
and they will move on. I know it's hard, but honestly if you want to make them stop it for good and stop messaging from dummy accounts, just stop responding completely. No messages, no mentioning it publicly in comments or posts (except here of course or to
Support, Enforcement Team reports etc), but don't respond to them. As they say, "Don't feed the trolls." They will move on eventually to someone who is more entertaining. Sorry you are having to go through this.
