Why did xbox ban my account for using a poop emoji on a post that was directed to no one?

Hmm it is just odd that I can’t have emoji’s I get some can be offensive or spam, it’s just I like to try and make my post appealing and not seem basic like every other one lol I did figure that was the issue, it just sucks, also the warning should probably say instead of inappropriate content that just the emojis are the problem, thanks for the response

I have already been there. It does not tell me why i was comment banned. Only that i was a bad boy and i should be very very sorry for the bad thing i did. Even a dog gets shown what he did if he poops on the carpet but not xbox live subscribers that paid
microsoft money, it seems.

how can I post to enforcement. I cant understand why I was banned for life did someone hack my account.
