Why did ultimate game sale end early for xbox 360?

All xbox 360 titles are no longer on sale despite still being advertised. Even the title of the xbox 360 weekend deal page says "Ultimate Game Sale: February 17 – February 23". It's the 22nd, yet nothing is on sale there anymore.

I apparently missed getting Sonic All Stars Racing for $5 by a few minutes. I am teaching my 6 year old how to be responsible with money. He decided he wanted this game, and took $5 out of the little he has saved so far. I went to buy the game for him,
which still said $5 on the xbox, but when I clicked to buy the game the price changed to $30. I went back, saw the $5 price again. Clicked to buy, and it was $30 again. Thank you Microsoft for breaking the heart of a 6 year old. He doesn't understand why
your store said the price was one thing, but then changed to something else.

Thanks! I looked at it & did find links to the HALO games at their sale prices but I am still curious why I cannot access Page 1 of the Ultimate Game Sale deals when I go thru my XBOx 360. Weird!

Same problem here, same game too. I was gonna buy Sonic Racing, Sniper Elite 3 and Injustice. Usually, the new sale is being advertised before the previous sale prices are changed. I believe this may be an error because the prices usually change around 6
am EST but this time it was 6 pm EST. I understand that mistakes are made but still, what about people like Magistrar? There is someone that most likely looks forward to sales like this because it gives their wallet a break. I was also looking forward to Sonic
Racing but if I wanted to pay $30 for it, I would have. Its being advertised at 84% off. I highly doubt that $30 is what the price would be with the advertised discount. Hopefully, this can be fixed and perhaps a day added on to these deals. That would be
the right thing to do

 

I hope so SaviorMoney. Apparently it is possible for them to fix it because I now see "Fable Anniversary" is on sale again. For whatever reason, they fixed the sale for that one game, but not the others yet.

 

Well, I woke up at 3 am to get ready for work and the prices were back to their sale price. I hope you are able to get in before it changes back
