    Why did this happen on FH5?


    Hello, I was offline for a bout 6 hours and come home to find out I was banned from Forza Horizon 5. I cannot access the auction house. I was supposedly banned for the images below. I never did any of these things and have absolutely no clue as to why. I have reached out to the Forza appeal team but I’m just wondering if this is a widespread issue amongst fellow gamers. Another thing too is that I don’t even have Xbox Live Gold which makes it very confusing how the bans below apply to me. I was at a friends house previously however who did have Xbox Live Gold and used his spare Xbox to play on. Thank you for your help in advance.

    Hi GonnaSnipeYa35,

    I totally understand where your coming from.

    This situation is totally out of our control here in Xbox since this is a game related problem. What I can recommend you to do is to use a different account in seeking an explanation of what really is the cause of the problem.

    I understand your sentiments about getting banned/suspended due to the reasons indicated on your post. This is a game related issue and should be consulted directly to Forza Support Team. I haven't received reports related to this issue from our Internal Support as well.

    You can follow the guide below on how to reach out to Forza Support or you can do the usual steps you do when you reach out to Forza Support team before.

    • Login on this link Forza Support (forzamotorsport.net) using your using any working Forza account
    • Click Create a ticket

    • You will be prompted to a page to fill out a form. Filter the options according to your issue, if you can attach a screenshot please include for them to have a better picture of the situation

    This is what I did earlier and I haven’t received any notifications, I’ve tried logging into their website to check and it takes me to either a failed to log you in or error 404 page.
