    why did my vip rank decrease in the middle of october???


    i finally get to level 2 vip, excited to get to 3 and one day i look and im knocked back down to 1...help please?? also this was AFTER september, when you guys say it resets or whatever...

    Same thing happened to me. Was at VIP 3, now I am at VIP 2. Looks like all those pre-orders in September didn't really matter.

    Actually, MyVIP reset has been postponed to December to better coincide with the end of the year. There was a sticky with this information, but due to the update to the forums, this is currently missing. There was an issue with MyVIP calculations that was
    recently resolved this morning. You should now be seeing the correct MyVIP progress. Apologies for the confusion.

    Support will check on the decrease, but preorders are not eligible for VIP so that purchase would not have counted.
