    Why did my purchase of Minecraft get erased?


    I bought Minecraft under my microsoft gmail account many years ago. I can see that I migrated because you sent an email to everyone that successfully migrated and I can see that I received one under that email. However, now when I try to log into Minecraft with the same microsoft account that I used my gmail with, they made me create a new microsoft account with no purchase of Minecraft. So, I bought Minecraft again under the same email and I can see all the old servers from my old account but all the data seems to just have been wiped. My old username was R3dautumn or something along the lines. I never deleted my Microsoft or Minecraft accounts.

    Well first as mentioned many times by social media and ads and youve would've had a email

    You had to migrate to the ms accounts 2 years ago

    This was announced 2 years prior after many delays that pushed the date back for a total of 4 years

    You will have to rebuyt the game since you didn't make the migration date and the old purchase servers are gone

    Nothing lasts forever and you would've had to ignore the many advertisements and billboards to miss it

    I'm assuming you purchased the PC version of Minecraft? If not, then that will be why you did not get the java version.
