    I plugged it in then It started working fine but then I realized that 150 plus gigabytes was missing from my internal storage

    150GB are always "missing" in the internal storage. For example, if you have an Xbox console with 1TB, your available space is going to be ~850GB, if your console have 500GB the available space is going to be ~350GB

    This happens because the system uses this ~150GB . Is called a reserved space.

    My Call Of Duty Cold War game won’t install.

    I had the same issue.. did the same as said above and it instantly installed.. doesn't make any sense being I have almost a terabyte of free space on my external.. oh well.. lol..

    Install internally!!! 🤣

    S model 250GB hard drive discontinued?

    I never understood why they want so much money for hard drive space. My 250GB is maxed and 320GB is just not worth the money. 1 Terabyte laptop drives are cheaper than that. High cost and little space isn't really doing anything other than limiting my marketplace
    spending. One would think the idea would have been to offer enough storage to accommodate marketplace spending.

    So you can't play a game until you install the game?

    bad idea...add more space on the outside...and wont be as fast installing/reading from it as the internal. They need a way to upgrade the internal..send it in for a 2 terabyte upgrade or something.
