    Like Palmetto said, I think your next course of action should be to log in to your microsoft account at account.microsoft.com. Once you log in at the top under your name you should see more actions. Click on that then
    edit profile. From there you should see Go to your xbox profile. Check there and see if everything is in order. It does sound like you've somehow hit up a brand new account but I can't say for sure.

    Yes so when inlogged into minecraft it was a new random ganer tag and everything was gone, realms, friends, and achievements! It was the only email i used. Also ive been playing with the same gamertag since i got my switch months ago.
