Why did my game dlc disappear when it was in my game last night but not when I woke up

Please, follow these steps:

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.

Select Install, to confirm the installation.

lol I got my xbox one at midnight and wasnt even able to play until this morning when I woke up. Fell asleep last night at 2am with cod at 1% I woke up with my xbox off and and when I turned it back on it was at 98% took another 30 minutes just to get
to 100% It would not let me play the game at all untill it was at 100%

I was playing the game normal I had all killers and survivors but when I woke up half of my killers and survivors disappeared so pls get them back

I did. But I actually figured out the issue last night.

When I put everything over onto my Xbox x I did not designate the new Xbox as my “home console” in the settings. Did that last night and everything worked! Not sure why it would only affect that game but it worked so I’m happy.

I guess you can get banned for just playing badly!

I was drunk with my girlfriend and we did awful!

We weren't idle and didn't have mics in and woke up this morning to being banned. Checked all the game videos from last night and there is NO reason for my banning. What up with that?
