Why did Mixer app disappeared on xbox one and is not in the store after an update?

try to open a mixer link, so that you can install

If an APP fails an update it can be de-installed although I think Mixer is more of a built in app than a selectable one. Have you checked for any updates or even software updates on your console?

The app is a pre-installed application, meaning that the app does not appear in the store along with other applications, and can be resolved through means of troubleshooting for the console.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console, but if the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console, reset and keep games and apps to help reset
the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

I figured it out!!

went to mixer.com using microsoft edge browser and after I clicked on launch mobile version, it launched the app on xbox one!!

If you are in the insider program you should report that using the tools provided for reporting issues.
