Why did microsoft not transfer my ownership of minecraft

Thank you for the response, Interesting considering i was redirected to the forums to post for an answer from the community. I’ve reached out many times through email, phone i tried to also contact mojang but got an automatic email back saying after the migration they no longer deal with anything to do with minecraft accounts since it’s all filtered through microsoft.

Xbox support is not helpful at all each time i’ve reached out and from reading others forums it seems like they are in the same situation as me. No help and nobody to help! But that’s alright i guess the only option is to rebuy the game lmfao just so stupid and a waste of my money

Hi so I did not buy minecraft on my minecraft account. I first made the account on a mojang account and then transfered it to microsoft so I was wondering if it was possible to move the linked microsoft email to my new email since the old one got closed.

We already got the Microsoft account that was linked to Minecraft account back... It's Minecraft says she doesn't own it. That's why we think the hacker transferred it.
