    Why did I recieve a temporary ban?


    I was playing NHL 23 the other night and we were having trouble finding games. It kept matching us with a team and they kept backing out. It happened with this same team at least 5 times. We are a very middle of the road team so I messaged one of the players on the other team the following, "Not being a [mod removed], just wondering why you won't play us" I was genuinely wondering why they were backing out. I was not harassing the player or being rude. The next evening I was banned from parties, messaging, posting anything, and from playing multi-player games because of that message. Seems a little excessive.

    I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

    Crossout: Banned from in game market for recieving refund

    I recieved my refund, but the developer (Gaijin) has banned me from the in game market for recieving it. Is microsoft aware of this, and why was my refund approved if the game developer will ban players who recieve them? Please research this issue.

    Do you get any messages or notifications when you click on the Online option? Could you give me some more information about the issue if possible? The only way you could of been banned from the Multiplayer is if you tampered with your rank / online gameplay
    on that game, and if you did you would of recieved a temporary ban on your Xbox Live profile.
