I already appealed the case to be reviewed and they were denied. why?! idk it should be fixed. 3 claims is crazy

If your appeal was denied, then there is nothing you can do further than to wait out the suspensions.

Sorry to hear you were suspended. Just so you know, no one here can help with enforcement actions.

If you received a 2 week suspension that means that you've been suspended in the past at least a few times as each suspension is longer than the last.

The suspension you receive today is not for something you did yesterday. The PET receive 1000's of complaints a day and must investigate every claim before taking action on it.

When you receive messages that are against the ToU and CoC do you report them by going to the person's bio and selecting File Complaint? If not, you should do that when you receive them and remember to never reply to someone else when they bait you. It's
not worth it.

I have used the online editor and it did update xbox.com. The Surface games app pic remains unchanged. As i said in the earlier post, that gamer pic is 2-3 years old. I have changed gamer pics several times and that one has yet to update.
