Why did I not receive a £5 gift card after I used my points ?

Just to confirm, are you referring to Microsoft Rewards ?

Open the order history by clicking on this link: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory

Can you see your gift card? If so, you can retrieve the card code by clicking on the “Order details” button. If your order is still pending, you'll have to wait a little longer.

On the rewards app, i have the auto redeem on for the £5 gift card and it’s taken the point of my account but hasn’t given me the 5 pounds. I used the rest of my points for a £10 gift card on the app and that worked.

The points have now been given back instead of giving the £5 gift card

its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.

If you redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for a $5 Xbox Gift card. You receive $5 on your Microsoft account. You do not receive a physical gift card.

If you read my post above that I just put up, after speaking with 3 people finally getting back to a microsoft store representative I was told that instead of getting a $10 gift card that if you are a rewards points member that you would instead receive
10,000 rewards points over the $10 Gift card. I am hoping to hear back from someone else at microsoft or xbox to confirm this and why there was no mention of it in the order as far as I could remember or that was posted on my invoice. I am very upset myself
as I was hoping to receive this code before Titanfall 2 came out so I could use towards the purchase, now debating on just buying it from Gamestop considering it looks like I will not be receiving the points until the 30th of this month since I did not receive
