why did i not get the email with the code/ redeem info

I am so sorry you are having issues receiving emails to your Microsoft account.

The best place to start is to check your internet connectivity and your connectivity to your Outlook. Do you receive emails on another device?

It's also good to check your Junk Email settings to check if you have blocked or removed safe senders and to check your filters at the bottom.

If that doesn't work, check your junk and storage. (Can be found in the Storage setting under general)

If none of this works, try changing your password.

I did not receive an email for redeeming the code. So is it possible the code is no good or someone else redeemed it?

You account is showing up as Silver on the website also, I would suggest try to redeem the code again and see if it goes through. If it did you through you should have gotten a email in your billing contact email that it was redeemed. If you didn't get the
email, the code didn't go through or you redeemed it on the wrong account.

But how does that work? Why did I get 2 codes redeemed?
