Why did I not get the Dark Dire Warsmith Costume when I purchased Sea of Thieves Premium...

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you are looking for the Dark Dire Warsmith Costume that's supposed to be included in the Sea of Thieves Premium Edition.

If this costume isn't in your wardrobe chest under the "Costumes" tab, I would recommend that you completely log off from your account and log back in to re-sync your profile.

If you've done all the possible troubleshooting steps but you're still having issues with this specific game, I would recommend that you submit a support ticket directly to the developers of the game for your profile to be checked internally and add the missing item as necessary.

1) Are you playing Sea of Thieves on PC or Xbox?
2) When you previously played Sea of Thieves, was that also through Game Pass? Or was it purchased elsewhere?

3) When you originally played Sea of Thieves, was it through the same Gamertag that is now an active Game Pass subscriber?
