Why did I not get my digital code even though I used my points to get it and never got my code

It depends on what the code is

Hi again, I was already given the codes for the games back in Nov/Dec, and i had friends who initially had the same bundle as me, and they were able to use their codes still just recently. This is more than just a couple of people I know personally who were
able to use the codes, which is why i was looking for mine so i could download them like they did. I even had a couple of people just buy the xbox bundle recently, about 2 weeks ago for one friend, get the same type of msg i got when i initially got my bundle,
and they were still able to get the codes EVEN though its long passed the promotion. Somehow, my msgs got deleted even though i dont recall ever deleting them. I dont understand how this is getting to be so difficult. No i dont have another account

That's right, yet I tried redeeming through an xbox account that had never had Ultimate pass before, yet i was written "that code has already been redeemed", while if the case was trying to redeem it on an account that had it already, as far as i know, i would get a different message that says something like " you need to redeem it in a different place"(thats not the words but it would be a message telling you to redeem somewhere else.

And yes indeed, such thing should be handled through discord since it's their code, yet sadly, the discord automatic reply wrote the following things:

If the code came to you through Discord, you would need to contact Discord regarding it. Remember that the Gamepass Ultimate trials that come with Discord can only be redeemed by users who have never had Gamepass ultimate before.

I got a digital download code. Im just waiting to get my replacement system to use it.
