Why did i lose my progress in stranded deep i was at level 6 and it started. me. all over....

if you have xbox live gold you can back up in a cloud.

in case of online game. you need to go player support of that game

I did all that and it didn't work. If I were to delete and reinstall the game, would I lose my progress and go back to level 1?

Don't get me started! It freezs during multi-player and I did the first 2 levels of story only to find that all my progress has been lost.

Also I was playing gears 3 campaign this morning trying to get some medals and things and it disconnects me, kicks me out of my game and then I lose all the medal progress i had just gained. Didn't lose my level though.

I think my Xbox needs to be reset to fix it. My first download took a long time like all night because I did it with my phones connection and, it would lose connection and then find it. I really think know that I have a home computer if I set it to factory
and start over my problems would be fixed but, I hate to lose all my games and game progress and all our profiles. I'd have to start all over that would suck... how was your first download? You know the long download when you first plunged in your Xbox.
