    Why did I lose all my Xbox live friends?


    All my friends have disappeared from my friends list, and when I search up someone’s profile it shows a bunch of random hieroglyphic symbols as well as not let me open up their profile

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Last November 2, 2022 there has been an issue which is the same as you’re experiencing now but it has been fixed already which means that we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

    Kindly perform a powercycle on your console and then check again.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    from my perspective, yes your achievements are gone, but your gamerscore is still there. all you can do is either wait for someone on here to answer your query, or ring suppot again.

    I don't see anything on your profile regarding you being a cheater and your gamerscore looks intact here, have you tried downloading your profile?

    If you have been caught cheating it may just be that the system is a bit slow showing that here on the forums.

    Your profile may be corrupted, delete the profile and then redownload.

    Update!

    i have now lost all my achievements and my zone is cheater, my gamerscore is still the as 13830G. my friends can still see me as pro and they can still see my 13830G (i can see that as well) and if they ro me go on compare games the gamerscore is all locked.
