    Why did I lose access to the new store?


    A few days ago I got access to the new store but the next day it had reverted back to the old one for no reason. I still have access to the survey about the new store but my Xbox’s store looks the exact same as before. I’m in the delta ring if that helps

    why would i loss access to single player content when EA shuts down the server for the saboteur?

    thats what i wanna know. this content is on the disc. its just locked. you had to download an unlock code to access it. which i did when i bought the game new on lauch day. why should EA be able to just lock the content back up now? what about people that
    don't won't to lose access to the content?

    first, you won't lose your saves unless you deliberately delete them since they are also stored in the cloud. DId you by chance cancel the update? if you did, that's why the game uninstalled.

    This is a current known issue and is being looked into, see "achievements" https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Your score will return to normal. Unlocking an achievement in another game could also update it accordingly.
