Why did I get charged twice for the one year subscription membership in one year?

I got charged twice in one year for the 12 months subscription,when I already renew my subscription on July,can the Xbox team tell me why is that?

Secondly I couldn't even play online for the past months. I felt like I've been ripped off by Xbox.

I bought the day one gold membership, but just received an email stating that they can't renew my membership, my bank account is like empty so that's probably why they couldn't renew, but will i get charged for them trying to take it, or did it stop when
it realized i already have a year subscription?

 

Xbox live subscription - 2 charges

I purchased a one year subscription a couple of days ago, only to be charged for a monthly subscription. I've tried to fix this via PayPal, and ended up trying to purchase a year subscription again. Now I have a year subscription and a monthly subscription
BOTH running on one account. I'd like to get rid of the monthly subscription seeing as I've paid twice for one product. How can I go about fixing this?

 

You would need to phone support for your region as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.
