Sorry to hear about what happened, however, kindly go to your order history at account.microsoft.com/orders to cross-check the charge and if its not there, I would suggest asking your friends or family members who might have used your payment method.

If none of them, then it would be advisable to report it to your bank since your payment method is being used unauthorized, so they can block the charges for you and they can also process a chargeback for it.

You can check your account at
https://billing.microsoft.com to see if it shows what the charge is for. If you or no one else in your house made the purchase, you will need to call support and talk to billing.

However, if you are not able to find this charge in any of your accounts order history and this charge is not associated with a past due balance. Microsoft recommends contacting your financial institution for a refund because exist the chance that someone is using your payment method without authorization.

"You can cancel an Xbox subscription at any time. Turning off recurring billing will stop future charges for a subscription and grant you its benefits until its expiration date. You may also be eligible to cancel immediately with a refund; however, not all subscription charges can be refunded.

This refund policy doesn’t affect any additional rights you may have under applicable law and doesn’t apply to prepaid retail subscription codes, which are subject to the return policies of the retailer from which you purchased the code.
Important Refund requests that are outside of the cancellation processes above are not eligible for a refund.

To cancel or turn off recurring billing and to check refund eligibility from your mobile or desktop browser:

1. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription. It’s important to use that account.
