    Why did I get banned


    Hello my user name AY0 KB jus got permanently banned out of no where I recently got banned for a week for messaging a person and jus telling them [mod removed] but that wasn’t me my friend also has my account and it was him but I’m still not understanding why I all of a sudden got permanently banned from Xbox when I am currently already banned for 8 days and I was hoping to talk to one of you about why I’m banned because it doesn’t tell me my email is [mod removed]

    If it's just a ban from Forza then you need to take it up with Turn 10 as they do enforcement for that title. If it's a ban from XBL then you'll need to post here -

    The only people to talk to concerning suspension matters are the Enforcement team themselves, via a case review (if eligible).

    Also there would've been an email sent to the Microsoft Account that is attached to your gamertag with all of the information on why your account was suspended. It is the same information you will receive in the Xbox Suspension forum.
