    Why did I get banned twice?


    I do not understand why I got banned twice. I originally get banned for a foul message and I was okay with that, but then I get an account ban? How does a message ban led to an account ban? This makes no sense and my appeals get declined. I cannot wait 2 weeks just to play online on my Xbox. How does a message led to the suspension of online games? Please read this for they did not read my appeal or feedback.
