Why did I get banned for my gamerpic?

I am so sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Microsoft. You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history].

The profile picture regulation system is automatic if it was immediately flagged. This means that it could be for any given reasons that the system found. Sometimes it can be a little sensitive. Unfortunately, no one but the enforcement team can give you the exact answer - although users here can have a good guess if you describe the photos contents. Xbox support is not connected with the enforcement team so they will not be able to tell you either. You would have to find out from this page.

If you are not able to appeal it from here then you would have to wait. I am sorry. There is no way to escalate for a resolution to this issue.

Why was it temporarily banned ???

No, xbox just didn’t like my gamerpic

I went to xbox enforcement, however, I did not get an answer that justifies the banishment of my account except: "gamerpic".

The problem is that my gamerpic is a gamerpic from the xbox selection! I have the xbox logo and I'm banned for my gamerpic or is the logic... the enforcement service has no number, no email. customer service is unable to respond to my request. I've been going crazy for 9 days now I can't have a chat group anymore. anyway thank you for your answer ✌🏾

I did change my gamepic for something whitout Nudity/Sexual Content so I don't think that I get reported, I mean I was playing minecraft in solo mode.

Usually the bans to gamerpics are not by reporting, but when you submit the gamerpic Xbox will verify those pics later. So this means that doesnt matter if you play solo or multiplayer, all custom gamerpics are verified.
