Why did I get banned? And why won't anyone tell me why?

I have done. But I was planning on running through co-op campaign with friends. I've missed out because I believe I've been banned for no reason. I've been on the phone for 2 hours in total to be left on hold. Evening completely wasted. How is this acceptable for a service I pay for?

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

I totally understand where you're coming from and I really apologize for the trouble but with enforcement actions, there is no direct contact with them, even if we call Xbox support, they do not handle these concerns as well.
