    Why did I get banned again when my suspension was 2 days from ending?


    I literally did nothing but play offline games and talk to no one during my suspension and you guys banned Me again...I accept the first ban but that was because i got asked to boost and I don’t boost/cheat in games why I got mad but yeah can you please remove the other suspension I did nothing to earn it…

    But how I only have 4 friends? You guys didn’t even give me details either, but like I said I been playing offline games and minding my own business but I wanna hop back online now it’s been awhile…my gold ran out too and I didn’t even get to use the last remaining of it

    I don't work for Microsoft. The enforcement team are the ones who would have issued the suspension so the enforcement site is the only place you can find information about the suspension. It is possible to get a suspension for things other than playing online (ie. things in a profile that violates rules).

    Suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place. It could be for something that took place days or weeks ago. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the suspension.

    I want to know why my account was suspended (15 day)while serving a communications suspension (8 day).

    This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME
