Why did I get banned 8 days!!!!!!!!!

Is there any way to get in some sort of direct contact with the enforcement team. I was also served an 8 day ban. I have stated repeatedly that I have been sexually assaulted in the chat and am being punished for defending myself from someone else’s nefarious attack towards me. I honestly feel that the lack of investigative work done in my situation is absurd and the fact that i am dealing with a suspension without no real work at determining fault in the issue is ludicrous. Even after blocking the individual that attacked me, i received a message from a totally different account ive never interacted with further assaulting me.

please provide a more meaningful way of assisting your dedicated consumers against these ill-advised and ill-warranted attacks.

How can i report racial hate speach and get banned for 8 days when i did nothing qrong and get denied in review cause i have no understanding of why i was banned when i was being targeted and harassed. Thinking lawsuit on both parties. I pay to much money and have spent to much time with xbox to just be banned for 8 days when I've NEVER been banned before. Like i jeed understanding. Microsoft needs to do better with people making these judgement calls for **** we pay for.

If you did then you can also be suspended.

If it's just a ban from Forza then you need to take it up with Turn 10 as they do enforcement for that title. If it's a ban from XBL then you'll need to post here -
