Why did I get a suspention and it not tell me why in the details section.

Microsoft can notify you in several ways about your suspension, in some of them there's more detailed information.

In this link there're all the ways in which you can be informed about your ban, check all of them, maybe in some of them they can give you more information to clarify this situation.

If there's no more information that can help you, unfortunately there's no other way to know it, the support and customer service doesn't have access to the Enforcement information.

To add another question.....why did you get suspended for what was in the detail section?....what about that warrants a suspension in the first place?

my game tag is [Mod Removed] and i have got another suspention exactly a month after the first one can you tell me why and what for as ive had the account for years for years and and not mod it or anything

I have done. But I was planning on running through co-op campaign with friends. I've missed out because I believe I've been banned for no reason. I've been on the phone for 2 hours in total to be left on hold. Evening completely wasted. How is this acceptable for a service I pay for?
