Why did I get a suspension and why am I unable to appeal

Hello my name is Saleh I got message suspension today that I'm sure I don't deserve at all ?? I got a suspension for hate speech but the sentence I said was a repeat of what the other person said so what's the hate speech in it for example let's say someone told me "I hate "certain racial group" and I said the same sentence but saying why do you hate "certain racial group" it doesn't make any sense why I got suspended for it ? and I cannot request an appeal because there's no appeals for these kind of suspensions...please help

All the people on this forum can do about enforcement is help you find information. Sounds like you hit a dead end. Probably have to wait the suspension out, appeal was the go to.

They did seriously update some stuff kinda recently. Now there is also voicechat reporting as well.

It has a link to the Community Standards. If your someone who buys games and content on here I highly suggest you read the whole thing. Xbox draws the line a little bit sooner than some of us would.

Reminder: I'm just a gamer like everybody else, providing some info if your interested.

In the future its best to block mute report and or have nothing to do with those people. Even defending yourself the rules still apply, so know where the line is so you wont accidently cross* it. Sounds like you clearly didn't mean any harm. Still learn where the line is, and agree or disagree, dont cross it. Especially around toxic people, I swear they are the some of quickest to file a report too sometimes.

It's not worth losing access. Next time block them and find better people to play with. (easier said than done I know)

Everyone on the forums have no way to find out why an account has been suspended or banned. All you can do is appeal it if you can on the enforcement site. https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

Idc about the 2 days to be honest.

I just want the ability to appeal to something so stupid, it shouldnt be something that is locked for some and open for others.

I think we can both agree that this suspension is completely ridiculous.

If xbox really thinks this is a huge violation that results in a suspension then i advise any moderator who reads this to open up the group page on fallout 76 or literally any game that allows trading and go to town on everyone there.

I am sure the studios in carge of those games would definitely appreciate xbox getting rid of their paying customers over something so pathetic.

Yeah, they won't compensate you for a suspension. That is per the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up.
