    why did i get a console suspension


    I was handed a suspension because apparently, I made some changes in my console. "Xbox will temporarily suspend or permanently ban Xbox consoles or other devices where repeated and egregious violations have occurred." I have not done any changes to my console or violated any agreements with Microsoft. I called earlier today and hanged me up for no reason. No call was returned again. If anybody can guide me on how this came about, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

    Which model of Xbox do you have? Did you buy it used? If you did, it's possible that the previous owner modified it.

    I'm not sure you can even appeal a console ban, but have a look here to see if you're able to submit a case review: -

    Suspensions are usually due to behavior on Xbox live. You need to Follow the link in the email, and please be aware that reports can take up to 48 hours to appear on the website
