    Well I was playing Rainbow Six and y accidentally eliminated a teamate while y was trying to make a whole in the wall, well I wrote him to please forgiven me so I wrote him this "srry I was trying to make a whole " then I received an email of microsoft saying my account has banned, I get in shock in that moment bacause i already have a ban years ago and I got scared, I checked why I got it and I think it was that menssage cause I cant see the menssage because is an insult or something and I cant see it, I dont speak English very well so I dont know what means what I really said, I am a good player, xbox can see my messages and 80 of 100 are me saying GG or good vibes, btw I always received hate or even messages saying me I am trash and worst things I cant say about my life and my family and xbox dont ban them or even eliminathe their messages, idk if this is going to happen again and they eliminate my account I love Why did I get a ban?     I never said it mattered that I was an 8 year member. I already found out why I was banned a long time ago. It told me it was for my language. You seem very ignorant. I'm not actually asking people for the exact reason why I got. banned. I'm on here just

    Hello, I accidentally bought the vault edition of mw2 and submit a refund and it was processed. Am I ganna get banned from the game because I have all the items still after it says it was refunded?

    I want to know why my account was suspended (15 day)while serving a communications suspension (8 day).

    This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME
