    Why did all of my Minecraft marketplace place items transferred to another account


    I was playing Minecraft on my Xbox and my friend bought the game on his PlayStation and made an Xbox account but named it wrong so I putted his account on my Xbox and changed the gamertag then he by mistake log in whit my PlayStation account and puted his xbox account so he unlink his account and puted my xbox account to my PlayStation account and then logged in to his PlayStation account and puted his xbox account and then he tolled me that he doesn’t remember that he bought any of those items in Minecraft marketplace then I got to my xbox account to play with him and I sow all of my items are gone I went to his xbox account since I have it and I sow all of my stuff are in his account like addons skins skin creator and minecoin he had Minecraft ps4 edition so when I went to my PlayStation opened my account I sow his minecraft Ps4 edition stuff on my account So I think we transferred our items to each other so can somebody help us please thank you

    You will need to contact Minecraft Support so they can review both of your accounts. please do not unlink your MSA from your PlayStation account via the in-game menu. You will be unable to link it back if you do so, only the game support can check and process that. Please check these links for more information:

    Help deleting or transferring an xbox account

    Unfortunately, the Gamerscore, games, and items purchased from the Marketplace are not transferable to another account... You would have to replay the games on the account that you want the GS attached to.

    Thank you so much, i got the account, is it possible to merge the accounts so i have all my minecraft stuff on just one? Or make them all share the same marketplace and character creator items

    Unfortunately all marketplace items are linked to the account that they were purchased with, points and items can't be shared or transferred between accounts. You can try calling customer support and explain the situation, but there is no way to address
    the situation from your end. Good luck.
