Why damage per hit which ll be in bracket, is in black colour instead green(in diablo 4 game ))

With regards to the issue on the in-game damage output, is it the damage colour only that has an issue? Or is the strange colour also happening on other games?

Because the in-game interface could be change via in-game settings as well it varries per game. For Diablo 4, the damage output color should be the ones below:

White: Base damage.

Yellow: Critical damage. Yellow numbers pop up whenever you deal a critical hit, and this is dependent on your Critical Strike Chance stat.

Blue: Overpower damage. This has a 3% chance of occurring, and is basically extra damage you can deal on top of your base damage. Overpower damage can be guaranteed through specific weapon effects and other conditions.

Orange: Critical Overpower damage. This occurs whenever you get a critical hit while dealing Overpower damage.

The only thing I can think of as to why there is a strange colour on your damage output is due to the "Color blind filter" not sure if the interface is the same in Diablo 4 xbox version but try going to the in-game Options > Graphics > Color blind filter should be below the list. Try to turn it off and test if the color of your damage output will change.

If there are still problems, I suggest to try submitting a ticket to Blizzard support to report if it is a possible bug in-game. You may visit their support page at https://us.battle.net/support/en/
