Why couldn't I complete #YOLO rewards Level 1?

Hello.

I had purchased "Forza Motersports 6 Platinum Edition Bundle" on 7th November from the console Xbox for 4947JPY, and It was not completed #YOLO Rewards Level 1 on 15th Nov.

Could you please advise me?

no yolo level 1 and 3 - level 2 i got

Hi, i completed level 1,2 and 3 from the YOLO reward program. But i only have got level 2 reward. Why not the other rewards?!

Okee, now it´s my turn to make another post here about my Rewards pts that has not been received. Well, parts of it, anyways.

I completed all 3 parts of the November #YOLO Rewards, just in time before ending of that month. I have received my Level 1 & Level 2 #YOLO Rewards points. I have also been given the rewards (#1, #2) amount in cash so I can use it.

As far as I know, and at least as far as I do and can understand I have also managed to complete the #3 within allotted time of that month. But I have not been given the #3 #YOLO Rewards yet. Why? I do not understand. I counted 16 Achievements, so that should
be plenty.

Need you to look into this for me please. And also asking since we are going into the 16th of this month. Been more then 2 weeks.

Getting a bit concerned that I haven't heard anything. I posted in someone else's thread regarding the achievement part of Yolo not tracking and thus the completion part too, stating I have had the same issue, they received a response but my post in the
thread was ignored.

I have had enough achievements since Friday but still haven't completed the Yolo reward mission.

Level 3: Ford the River (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Achievements must be unlocked in games that you purchased that progressed and completed this offer, as stated in the FAQ:

Level 3: Ford the River (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since you would not have completed level 1, you would not unlock level 3.

Why couldn't I complete #YOLO rewards Level 1?
